Monthly Club Meeting
We meet on the second Wednesday of every month excluding July and November. The social gathering begins around 5:30pm with dinner starting at 6pm. If you are enjoying dinner with us, please purchase tickets below. If possible, please purchase a week in advance so our caterers can be prepared.
Club Socials
One meeting month isn't enough time together for some of us! We meet for dinner at different locations typically on the fourth Wednesday of almost every month. The location and time are announced on the Club Calendar. Announcements are also made during club meetings, club email Shoutouts! and evites. Your email address is added with your membership.
Rod Runs
Our meetings are great, but the ones where we drive our cars, trucks, classics, customs, and exotics are even better! Rod Runs are day trips, usually within an hour of Bastrop. We visit custom car collections, project garages, or unique dining spots on Saturday afternoons. To find out when and where a Rod Run will take place, check the Club Calendar. We have Rod Runs either monthly or every other month. Rod Runs will be announced at club meetings and through our club Shoutouts. This is where we will also announce any upcoming Garage Tours.
Heroes and Hotrods Veteran Car Show
Early November holds are flagship annual event! Our car show attracts 400 entries and requires pre-registration to claim a place. This is a show that requires months of preparation and a legion of volunteers to achieve. The proceeds benefit dozens of non-profit organizations with an emphasis on veteran organizations. We are a patriotic group and are highly supportive of our veterans.
